The Limerick Walking Association was formed in 1992, making us the oldest walking group in Ireland.

On Saturdays after the walks we meet at Na Piarsaigh GAA club for refreshments, chats, Club news and great raffle prizes.
We are very sociable, and do not confine ourselves to walking alone, but have lots of other activities.
Holidays abroad and short breaks are regular and popular events.
We also pride ourselves on the specially arranged Sunday walks, combined with a sociable meal, every month or so.
We are looking for recruits to join in and enjoy walking and socializing with new friends. People of all ages and abilities can join the club, and start walking and talking from week one.
